Assessment of nurses professional self-care behaviors in Al Najaf City Hospitals

In the health care system, self-care is a major concept, core of professional work, and global language. It also described as "making decisions about activities that balance consequences emotional physical pressures, like exercising eating healthy diet. One strategy to improve compassion satisfaction lessen burnout fatigue in healthcare industry may be encourage self-care. Authors service providers have created many recommendations for techniques.Study Design: The objective current investigation are accomplished by using descriptive (cross-sectional) study design. was began from 18/10/2022 – 11/5/2023.Study Sample: utilized convenience (non-probability) sample 212 nurses. Study Setting: research carried out Al-Najaf City/Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Health Directorate / Al-Sader Teaching H, Al-Hakeem Al-Zahraa Al-Forat H.Results: results presented overall assessment Nurses' Behavior toward moderate.Conclusion: Despite strong focus on last years providers, essentially nurses biggest group, it has been ignored recent studies. This indicated clearly mean nurses' behavior towards moderate.
